Water utility leaders will discuss their organizations’ reactions to the J.D. Power Water Utility Residential Customer Satisfaction Study this weekend at AMWA’s 2018 Executive Management Conference. Learn how, and if, other utilities are using J.D. Power’s data to improve their business processes and increase customer satisfaction. EMA’s Terry Brueck will facilitate a discussion on Sunday, October 14 at 4:45 p.m. Terry will be joined by leaders from Saint Paul Regional Water Services, Austin Water, Miami-Date Water and Sewer Department, and Denver Water, along with EMA’s Customer Service Practice Group Manager, Martha Rodriquez.
Now in its third year, J.D. Power’s Water Utility Residential Customer Satisfaction Study measures residential customers’ satisfaction with 88 U.S. water utilities that deliver water to a population of at least 400,000 people.
